Internal Reporting Office for Whistleblower Protection at Walter Schneider GmbH

The Internal Reporting Office accepts reports under the German Whistleblower Protection Act concerning activities of Walter Schneider GmbH in Germany and abroad, insofar as they fall under German or European law. It is also governed by the provisions of the EU Whistleblower Directive.

What can be reported?

The reporting process involves three steps:

  1. First, you will be asked to review an information notice to protect your anonymity and answer a security question.
  2. On the reporting page, provide a free-text description of your report and answer questions to better classify the incident.
  3. Often, a case can only be clarified if we have the opportunity to contact you. Therefore, we ask that you create an anonymous and protected email account with a service like ProtonMail for the report. Through this, you will receive feedback from us, can answer questions if necessary, and will be informed about the progress of your report.
