Production team member metal processing (m/f)

Your role:

  • Set-up & maintenance of machines & plants
  • Operation and maintenance of hydrocarbon, perchloroethylene and aqueous cleaning plants including cleaning agent checks in compliance with titration regulation.
  • Operation and maintenance of circular vibrators, pickling and phosphatizing plants
  • Operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plant, filter change and minor repairs such as pumps, valves
  • Documentation of relevant data as stipulated.

Your profile:

  • Vocational experience in an area of metalworking such as galvanization, heat treatment or trovalizing
  • Technical expertise, training in the field of metalworking beneficial
  • Fork lift permit with driving experience and drivers licence class B
     

Personal requirements:

  • Good physical stamina
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Ability to work independently
  • Secure knowledge of German
  • Willingness to work shifts

2 trainee placements from September every year.

Training period: 2 years
Vocational school: Berufsschule Bretten

Requirements:

  • School leaving certificate or several years of vocational experience in metalworking
  • Understanding of mathematics
  • Interest in technology
  • Manual skills
  • Diligent and precise approach to work
  • Team skills
  • Good physical stamina

 

Traineeship as a tool mechanic for punching and forming technology

2 trainee placements from September every year.

Training period: 3 1/2 years
Vocational school: Heinrich Wieland Schule in Pforzheim
