Shift manager pressing plant (m/f)

Your role:

  • Monitoring and directing three-shift operation
  • Point of contact for all issues relating to production support and quality assurance within the shift (following suitable induction phase)
  • Independent set-up and operation of modern production plants (presses with between 1 and 6 production stations)
  • Manufacture of cold forged parts from different steel, stainless steel and aluminium materials
  • Monitoring and securing production processes
  • Cooperation in improvement processes

Your profile:

  • Multiple years of vocational experience in the field of metal processing (forming technology)
  • Experience in employee management
  • Completed training as a machine and plant operator or toolmaker (m/f), specializing in punching and forming technology
  • Technical expertise
  • Developed sense of precision, independence and analytical thinking

Personal requirements:

Warehouse clerk (m/f)

 

Your role:

  • Quantity and condition inspection of incoming goods
  • Posting movement of goods in the ERP system
  • Acceptance, entry and retrieval of goods
  • In-house relocation using different means of transport
  • Cooperation in improvement processes and warehouse organization 
     

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or comparable training
  • GFork lift permit with driving experience and drivers licence class B

Personal requirements:

  • Good physical stamina
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Ability to work independently
  • Secure knowledge of German
  • Willingness to work shifts

Production team member metal processing (m/f)

Your role:

  • Set-up & maintenance of machines & plants
  • Operation and maintenance of hydrocarbon, perchloroethylene and aqueous cleaning plants including cleaning agent checks in compliance with titration regulation.
  • Operation and maintenance of circular vibrators, pickling and phosphatizing plants
  • Operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plant, filter change and minor repairs such as pumps, valves
  • Documentation of relevant data as stipulated.

Your profile:

  • Vocational experience in an area of metalworking such as galvanization, heat treatment or trovalizing
  • Technical expertise, training in the field of metalworking beneficial
  • Fork lift permit with driving experience and drivers licence class B

Training period: 2 years
Vocational school: Berufsschule Bretten

Requirements:

  • School leaving certificate or several years of vocational experience in metalworking

Traineeship as a tool mechanic for punching and forming technology

2 trainee placements from September every year.

Training period: 3 1/2 years
Vocational school: Heinrich Wieland Schule in Pforzheim
